Bee Bops & Lollipops is thrilled to have been a part of Katie's birth announcement photographs. What a joy it is to welcome such a perfect little princess into the world. Congratulations to Katie Grace's mommy, daddy & adoring big brother Jackson. You'll find that this sweet princess is our Bee Bops Baby of the Month for July!
That's right! As I've mentioned briefly we are opening our own mini-boutique. I am thrilled beyond words to introduce to all of you, our loyal customers, our newest venture. . .BRICK & MORTAR! This venture has been floating in my head for a while and is coming together much sooner than I had ever anticipated.
After the vision of the shop had been laid out the first big push was to put paint on the walls. We chose the most fitting colors, apple green & sweet pink! We paired the two colors in pillar sized stripes throughout. I'll be honest, the moment that green hit the walls I had PAINT ANXIETY!!! I freaked. I wondered how anyone would want to shop in such a scary green shop! But, as the paint dried, my nerves settled. The green turned into just the color I was hoping. Paired with the soft pink, the color is perfect.
As of today, we are scrambling to tie up the loose ends as we have an official OPEN date of July 1st. That is less than a week! Yikes! There's nothing like a personal deadline to get things moving. We will be located in quaint downtown Snohomish. We have our own space in the already established beautiful and wonderfully popular home & garden boutique, Inside Out.

The Bee Bops & Lollipops catalog is finally coming together! Unfortunately here in the beautiful green Northwest, outdoor photoshoots hinge on the weather. The Northwest is green for a reason. . .RAIN! Now that Spring has passed and the Summer sun has appeared (briefly) we have been able to shoot some of the photos that have been put on hold due to rain. Here's a glimpse of our sweet Gwen modeling my favorite Black Divine Elegance Tutu. I'm anxious to share with you the great new colors that will be photographed during the next few weeks, as we wrap up the photos for the catalog!

Nothing gets me down more than weeks and weeks of consecutive rain! Living in the beautiful Northwest certainly has its perks but this year has undoubtedly tested my patience as the rain and snow (yes, snow) have kept our family cuddled inside where the hot cocoa flows.
