Meet Evan!  A total rockstar and uber cute little man with more style than he knows what to do with!  Or should I say that his mama has style!?  His mommy dropped into the shop several times, as of late, to purchase the beloved Knuckleheads goods.  Little did she know that with every purchase she and Evan were automatically entered into our Knuckleheads skateboard raffle.  And VOILA!  Evan won the raffle winning the much sought after Knuckleheads skateboard.  Get a load'a this!  This is quite literally the best pint-sized skateboard you will find on the market.  Find it in our shop!  And, have a look at our little cutie who is now doning one of these fabu KH skateboards.  You never know what'll happen when you shop at BB&L.  You just might be the next to win something big! *wink*

Consider yourself warned , I’m about to get predictably warm and fuzzy (as I often do) setting all business aside to share a little something about moi! In the sweet spirit of Valentine’s Day I embrace those whom I love most.  It doesn’t take a foofy holiday to remind me how much I’m loved but it is a great time to take a moment and embrace the love all around me!  I admit that while, yes, Valentine’s Day is often thought of as a holiday just to make my single peeps raise an eyebrow, I’m a sucker for Valentine’s Day.  Well, let’s face it, I’m a SUCKER for love.  But just because one doesn’t have a significant other, doesn’t mean that they don’t have love! Love is an emotion that touches all of us.  I challenge you to embrace the love in your life, I assure you you don’t have to look hard to find it!  And if you think you do, just look to the heavens where you will find unfailing and undeniable love from our creator!

Several months ago, while visiting the Seattle Buyers' Marketplace, I met Angela & Kristen owners and creators of Redbird Couture as they were pitching there ultra chic, super cool product.  Before they even opened their mouths I was smitten with their carseat covers as I've never seen anything like them before.  I knew, from one designer to another, that these ladies had something that I wanted to get first dibs on. 

So here we are, promoting and LOVING this new and wonderful infant car seat cover.  For so many reasons, this should be the cover of choice for the new mom who wants to be super chic. This car seat cover is made of the wonderful swede-like micro fiber material that is easily washed and spot cleaned.  The fabric is incredibly durable, not to mention cuddly and warm while simply fitting over existing car seat padding.  And of course, we can't forget the Woopsloops. . .aka GOLDEN accessory.  Attach those toys, pacifiers or anything that'll keep baby happy!  No more of that searching the crumby floor for the dropped (and now dirty) pacifier.  As far as I'm concerned, the Woopsloops are genius.

2008 proved to be an incredible year indeed. . .
and 2009 has already taken off like a shot!

We hope that you and yours had a wonderful and safe New Year celebration.  We rang in the new year with all our closest friends and family making for a true and very fun celebration.  You must forgive me for putting the blog entries aside for a short stint.  With the many Christmas and New Year festivities we have been quite busy.  However, the biggest news that has been taking up most of my time is that we at Bee Bops & Lollipops have been cooking up some very VERY big things for the near future.  Our BB&L calendar is nearly full for the year of 2009 with oodles of unique and unforgettable shop events.  We are teaming up with another artist to bring to our customers exactly what they are asking for.  More details to come!  We are planning a GRAND re-opening of Bee Bops & Lollipops in February.  We'll have a new look, tons of new goodies and best of all, more reasons to bring people together.  You'll see very soon just what I'm talking about!  And, of course, you'll all be invited to share in the excitement.  So, needless to say, we are already taking the year 2009 by storm.  I'm thrilled and overjoyed with how BB&L has blossomed in 2008 but we will indeed make each year to follow more fun and more exciting!
